CLM in partnership with Bridges has developed an innovative and very practical approach to organisational development. This intensive program offers conceptual frameworks, practical tools and personal skill development.

Internal OD consultants, HR 'business partners' & senior managers with an interest in cultural change
 

Structure

  • Day One – 9am - 4pm

  • Day Two – 9am - 1pm

  • Day Three – 9am - 1pm

  • Day Four – 9am - 1pm

  • This program also includes personalised 1:1 coaching between workshops; including a meeting together with the participant and their manager (if requested)

Coaching Skills Workshops

CLM provides workshops in the development of coaching skills - for senior and middle managers and others providing workplace leadership. These workshops focus on coaching skills and coaching conversations – the ongoing and often informal process of developing the day-today and longer term effectiveness of staff. These workshops are intended to complement organisational performance development systems and tools.


Coaching workshops are often provided as a series of two or three half day workshops, with opportunity between workshops for participants to apply the skills and tools to ‘live coaching conversations in the workplace.
