Strategic Leadership

CLM and Bridges will be providing a Strategic Leadership program focussed on the personal challenges and capabilities of organisational leadership.

The program is spread over four separate days and will:

  • Summarise theory and practice of core management skills and leadership capability – including positive and developmental leadership strengths and more restrictive or defensive styles

  • Identify and provide individual coaching on participants personal approaches to and habits of leadership

  • Explore integrated and systemic ways of  leading teams and organisations as psychosocial systems – with application to participants own organisations, teams and services

Coaching Skills Workshops

CLM provides workshops in the development of coaching skills - for senior and middle managers and others providing workplace leadership. These workshops focus on coaching skills and coaching conversations – the ongoing and often informal process of developing the day-today and longer term effectiveness of staff. These workshops are intended to complement organisational performance development systems and tools.

Coaching workshops are often provided as a series of two or three half day workshops, with opportunity between workshops for participants to apply the skills and tools to ‘live coaching conversations in the workplace.
