Laurie Boyd has over twenty six years management and consulting experience in the public sector. He has worked across Australia, consulting in many areas of management and business development. He has previously been an Executive Manager in both the public and not for profit sectors and brings practical solutions to the everyday challenges of management and organisational development.

Jackie has worked with a range of clients across the public sector; assisting them with strategic planning, service review and development projects, workforce development and human resources management.  Jackie has extensive operational experience in State Government, where she has held senior management and training roles. She has been involved in overseeing major projects and has managed significant change management processes.  

 

Garry Roach

Garry has been providing training and consultancy within the health and community services sector since 1993. He has worked with large government departments, tertiary education providers and the community sector. Garry has been involved in strategic planning and managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels of government and developing partnerships between sectors. His focus has been on the management of change, strategic planning, program management and service review.

 

CHRISTINA KATOPIS

Christina Katopis has extensive experience in working with public and private sectors throughout Australasia. She has held various roles ranging from facilitation, project management, to management. She is a competent and highly engaging trainer, strongly committed to ensuring all materials presented are relevant to participants' work situations.

 

GAEL BIGNELL
