Isabelle Woodin

Isabelle Woodin has over sixteen years experience as a public sector manager and consultant in both the U.K. and Australia. She has worked with staff and managers from a wide range of public sector and non government organisations and is particularly interested in assisting managers in understanding the complexities and satisfactions of collaborative work. Isabelle is skilled at helping managers and others to build relationships that dismantle barriers and achieve real outcomes.

Claude Baxter

Claude has extensive senior management experience across the public, private and non-profit sectors – mainly in Corporate Services. As a consultant, he specialises in financial strategies, asset management and revenue planning. He is involved in audit work (as a contractor and chair of an audit committee) and consulting to a range of local government and private organisations. Claude has an engaging style of workshop leadership and is able to present complex material in a disarmingly simple way.

 

Garry Roach

Garry has been providing training and consultancy within the health and community services sector since 1993. He has worked with large government departments, tertiary education providers and the community sector. Garry has been involved in strategic planning and managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels of government and developing partnerships between sectors. His focus has been on the management of change, strategic planning, program management and service review.

 

vanessa schernickau

Vanessa is an experienced Human Resources and Organisational Development consultant with fifteen years experience in public and private sector HR roles, including senior management HR roles in the public sector and local government and lecturing in higher education. Vanessa works as trainer, facilitator and HR specialist consultant with executive teams, senior managers and front line supervisors. 

 

jackie moden

Jackie has worked with a range of clients across the public sector; assisting them with strategic planning, service review and development projects, workforce development and human resources management.  Jackie has extensive operational experience in State Government, where she has held senior management and training roles. She has been involved in overseeing major projects and has managed significant change management processes.  

 

GAEL BIGNELL

Gael has worked as a senior consultant and OD professional in State Government Departments, the health sector and as an external consultant with other clients across the public sector; assisting them with strategic planning, change management, management and organisational development, staff training and human resources development.
